Slabs, Mags & Packs – Terms and Conditions for Repack Products

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all repack and surprise-style products (“Products”) offered by Slabs, Mags & Packs Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) across any platform, including but not limited to Whatnot, our website, and authorised retail partners. By purchasing our Products or taking part in a break that features them, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Overview
Slabs, Mags & Packs designs curated repack products containing collectible trading cards and related hobby items. Each Product is assembled, sealed, and reviewed to help ensure authenticity, fairness, and compliance with applicable platform and regulatory requirements.
2. Compliance with Whatnot Repack Regulations
We comply with all relevant Whatnot regulations and approval standards for repack and surprise products, including but not limited to:
  • Clear, accurate product descriptions and series checklists.
  • No guarantee of specific hits, players, or teams unless explicitly stated.
  • A fair and random allocation process during breaks and sales.
  • Use of secure packaging and tamper-evident seals.
3. Product Verification and Security
Each Slabs, Mags & Packs product includes:
  • A unique serial number and QR code that links to our verification system at www.slabsmagsandpacks.co.uk/verify.
  • A digital record confirming the authenticity and series information of the Product.
  • Security-sealed packaging recorded on camera at the point of sealing to support transparency and integrity.
  • Products are not opened, altered, or re-sealed after the security seal has been applied.
4. Breaker Compliance and Checklist Transparency
Products used in breaks are clearly identified as “Breaker Certified” and accompanied by:
  • A complete checklist of potential hits and card types available within the series.
  • A documented and verifiable randomisation process.
  • A fair and transparent break conducted in line with Whatnot policies and applicable UK consumer protection guidelines.
5. The Hobby Fair Play Initiative
Slabs, Mags & Packs is a certified participant in the Hobby Fair Play Initiative, which promotes fairness and integrity in the repack space. Under this initiative:
  • No Product is sealed with a current market value of less than 50% of its retail price (RRP) at the time of sealing.
  • Each repack series is independently reviewed to help ensure fair value distribution across all units.
  • Customers can verify certification and batch authenticity on our website using the Product’s QR code or serial number.
  • The initiative is designed to give all customers a fair and transparent opportunity to receive valuable cards, reinforcing trust within the hobby.
6. Market Value and Disclaimer
Card values can change over time due to market conditions and player performance. While we aim to ensure fair value at the point of sealing, future changes in value are beyond our control.
All contents are accurate as described at the time of packaging. Slabs, Mags & Packs does not guarantee the receipt of specific cards, players, or conditions unless explicitly stated.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the collectible and chance-based nature of our Products:
  • All sales are final
8. Limitation of Liability
Slabs, Mags & Packs shall not be liable for:
  • Market fluctuations affecting card values.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with random outcomes.
  • Losses or issues arising from unauthorised resale, alteration, or repackaging of our Products.
    Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, brand names, and packaging materials are the intellectual property of Slabs, Mags & Packs Ltd and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
