Slabs, Mags & Packs – Terms and Conditions for Repack Products

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all repack and surprise-style products ("Products") offered by Slabs, Mags & Packs Ltd ("we," "us," "our") through our website, live breaks, retail partners and any other authorised sales channels. By purchasing our Products or participating in a break featuring them, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Overview
Slabs, Mags & Packs creates curated repack products containing collectible trading cards and related hobby items. Each Product is assembled and sealed with the aim of providing an exciting, fair and transparent collecting experience.
2. Product Standards
We are committed to maintaining high standards of transparency and fairness throughout the creation and distribution of our repack products, including:
  • Clear and accurate product descriptions.
  • Published series checklists where applicable.
  • No guarantee of specific cards, players, teams or hits unless expressly stated.
  • Fair and random allocation of Products during live breaks where applicable.
  • Secure packaging designed to protect the integrity of each Product.
3. Product Integrity and Security
Slabs, Mags & Packs is committed to maintaining the integrity of every repack product.
  • Products are assembled and sealed before sale using secure packaging.
  • Once sealed, Products are not intentionally opened, altered or re-sealed prior to sale.
  • Where applicable, series information and checklists are made available through our website or accompanying product information.
4. Live Break Transparency
Where our Products are used in live breaks, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience by:
  • Using a random allocation process.
  • Providing published checklists where available.
  • Conducting breaks in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
5. The Hobby Fair Play Initiative
The Hobby Fair Play Initiative represents our commitment to fairness, transparency and integrity within the trading card hobby.
  • Products are designed with the aim of providing fair value distribution across each series.
  • At the time of sealing, we aim for no Product to contain an estimated market value below 50% of its recommended retail price (RRP).
  • Every series is planned to offer customers a fair opportunity to receive valuable collectible cards.
6. Market Value Disclaimer
Trading card values may rise or fall over time due to market conditions, player performance and collector demand. While we aim to provide fair value at the time each Product is assembled, future market values are beyond our control.

Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee the receipt of any specific card, player, team, grading company, condition or future market value.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the collectible and randomly assorted nature of our Products:
  • All sales are considered final once a Product has been opened or used in a live break.
  • If a Product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Slabs, Mags & Packs shall not be liable for:
  • Changes in trading card market values after purchase.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the random contents of a Product.
  • Losses arising from unauthorised resale, alteration or repackaging of our Products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, logos, packaging, images and written content belonging to Slabs, Mags & Packs Ltd remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
